Offered is a ticket stub from the Montreal Expos vs The Philadelphia Phillies on August 13, 1984 from Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Quebec, and would see the Expos defeat the Phillies 5 -1. Most notable however, would be the fact that player Pete Rose would register his 4,000th hit during this game, hitting a double off of Phillies’ pitcher Jerry Koosman. He would become the second person to ever join the 4,000th Hit club along with Ty Cobb. This ticket stub is marked on the back “Rose 4000 HIT 84”.
