Walter Alston is most notably known for his tenure as manager of the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers. One of the most decorated managers in MLB history, Alston led his team to seven National League pennants as well as four World Series titles! He managed seven National League All-Star Teams and was selected as Manager of the Year six times. This featured undershirt was from his time managing the Brooklyn Dodgers circa 1954-55. The shirt features a Rawlings tag sewn in collar with size 44 stamped below the three front buttons plus Alston’s uniform number 24 stamped on the front and back of the collar. Included with this item is a LOA by MEARS.
