Before signing with the Los Angeles Angels, Albert Pujols spent his first 11 seasons terrorizing National League pitching with the St. Louis Cardinals. In Pujols’ 11 years with the club, he hit 445 home runs, had 1,329 RBI, had a batting average of .328 and led the Cardinals to the 2006 World Series title. This size 7 3/8 New Era all-red Cardinals’ hat with the white and navy blue raised “StL” in front, was worn by Pujols during 2011, his final season in St. Louis, where he hit 37 home runs and drove in 99. The MLB logo is embroidered in red, white and navy blue on the back of the cap and the underside of the brim is black. Pujols’ number “5” is hand written in silver marker on the black underside brim and Pujols signed his name in black marker on the red brim and inscribed “Game Used”. The hat shows light game use with minor sweat stains on the inner black sweat band and this hat comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (FJ 870489) for the signature and a full LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use.
