Featured is an Official National League A. Bartlett Giamatti baseball signed by the New York Giants’ pitcher Carl Hubbell. Nicknamed “King Carl”, Hubbell was a nine-time All-Star, two-time MVP, and a 1933 World Series Champion. Hubbell had famously set the Major League record for consecutive wins by a pitcher (24), as well as for his performance in the 1934 All-Star Game, striking out five of the greatest hitters in the league in succession.
