This Official National League Warren Giles baseball dates to the late 1960s and features the signatures of Casey Stengel in bold black marker on the sweet spot. Also on the sweet spot is the signature of Mrs. Lou Gehrig. The remaining signatures on this baseball have been signed in black and blue ink and include Luke Appling, Edd Roush, Stan Kovelski, Bob Feller, Paul Kerr, Ford Frick, Frank Frisch, Joe Dugan, Lefty Grove, Lloyd Waner, Max Carey, Bill Terry (signed W.H. Bill Terry), Sam Wheat, Waite Hoyt, Bill Duffy, Sam Rice, Joe Cronin, Lou Boudreau, Ted Lyons and a clubhouse signature of Roy Campanella and one unidentified player. The baseball is in excellent condition with only minor toning and the signatures are clear.
