Al Kaline was the Detroit Tigers’ veteran slugger when the team finally made it to the World Series in 1968. Kaline made the most of the Series by batting .379 with a pair of homers and eight RBI. His bases loaded single won Game 5 for Detroit and started the momentum that would see the Tigers winning the next two games for their first World Championship since 1945. This Adirondack 113A model bat was used by the Tigers’ slugger during the 1968-1970 seasons. The bat shows excellent use and is un-cracked. The barrel has been signed by Kaline in black marker. A great gamer from the power behind the 1968 World Champion Tigers and this bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10883) for the game use and the signature has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
