Offered here is a ticket from Game 6 of the 2009 World Series signed by Derek Jeter. The Yankees and Phillies fought a hotly contested World Series that ended with the Yankees coming out victorious in six games. Game 6 featured two of the best pitchers of the last 20 years, with Andy Pettitte of the Yankees taking the mound against Pedro Martinez of the Phillies. The Yankees won game six 7-3, clinching their record 27th World Series title.
This ticket, for seat 12, row 28, section 125 was signed in blue Sharpie pen by Derek Jeter. Jeter went 3-5 during this game, with a double and two runs scored. Jeter’s signature is on the middle of the ticket, over the barcode. This item is encapsulated by PSA/DNA and comes with MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 096582).
