     Presented is a signed photograph by baseball hero Mickey Mantle and former commissioner Bowie Kuhn. Without a doubt one of the greatest switch hitters of all time, New York Yankees icon Mickey Mantle made a name for himself in the 1950s and 1960s. Mantle was a 20-time All-Star, a three-time MVP, a Triple Crown winner, a Gold Glove Award winner, and a seven-time World Series Champion. Meanwhile, Bowie Kuhn who served as commissioner of baseball from 1969 – 1984. Kuhn was commissioner throughout the removal of the reverse clause, and took a harsh stance against drugs, or any sort of promiscuous behavior, that would be ”not in the best interests of baseball”. This picture is in color and shows both men shaking hands and posing for their induction into the 1974 HOF. Both have signed this photograph in bold blue ink. This piece is matted and framed, and includes a cut at the bottom. This piece measures 12 ½ x 16 ½ inches and has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
