This ball commemorates this season as it is signed by several members of the team. The ball shows signs of aging and wear as a lot of the print has faded. Furthermore, this has affected several of the signatures as they have faded as well. Some of the standout names that still remain visible include Thurman Munson, Gene Michael, Dick Howser, Sandy Alomar, and Chris Chambliss.
