New York Yankees All-Star catcher Jorge Posada used this Louisville Slugger P320 Model bat between the 2002 and 2006 seasons. Posada was an All-Star in 2002 and 2003, picking up the AL Silver Slugger Award for catchers in both seasons. 2003 was arguably Posada’s best season as a pro, as he hit 30 home runs and 101 RBI that season, finishing third in the AL MVP race. Posada finished this stretch of his career with 113 home runs and 445 RBI in 707 games.

     This bat is black, with some visible pine tar stains in the area where the barrel meets the handle. The handle is taped with a criss-cross of pine tar-stained grip tape. The handle is cracked and this ash bat shows outstanding use and has been graded a GU 9 by PSA/DNA which comes a corresponding PSA/DNA LOA (1B09496).
