     Featured here are a lot of three individually signed baseballs by New York Yankee Hall of Famers. The first is an Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball signed by Hall of Famer Joe Torre. Joe was a former player, however would become known for his managerial career as the manager for the New York Yankees. During his tenure with the Yankees, he earned 2,236 wins and led the team to four World Series titles, three of which were consecutive (1998 – 2000). Torre has signed this ball on the sweet spot in light blue ink. The ball itself is in good condition and the signature is clear.

     The second is an Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball signed by Hall of Fame pitcher Whitey Ford. Known as “The Chairman of the Board”, Ford played his entire career for the New York Yankees amassing 236 wins. Additionally Ford was a 10-time All-Star, MVP award winner, Cy Young award Winner, and a six-time World Series champion. Ford’s #16 would be retired by the Yankees in his honor and he has signed this ball on the sweet spot in blue ink. This ball comes encased in a plastic covering by PSA/DNA and comes with a COA (P09393). PSA/DNA has graded the autograph an 8 and the baseball a 9 with an overall grade of 8.5.

     The third is an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball signed by Hall of Famer Bill Dickey. A New York Yankee, Dickey was a catcher and would become an 11-time All-Star, as well as being an eight-time World Series champion. After a brief stint fulfilling his civic duty as an American by serving in the United States Navy in WWII, Dickey would return to the game only to retire a season after and return as a coach in 1949. The Yankees would win six World Series titles under his watch and Dickey has signed this ball across the sweet spot in light blue ink. The ball is in great condition and the signature is clear. This entire lot has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
