Presented in this 43 x 34 inch display is a Chicago Cubs jersey featuring the name of Hillary Rodham Clinton, the former U.S. Secretary of State. Unlike Mrs. Clinton, the Chicago Cubs won this November, winning their first World Series title since 1908. Mrs. Clinton was defeated in the presidential election by her Republican opponent, Donald Trump. The winner of the popular vote by over two million votes, Clinton’s loss was a shock to many of her supporters.
This blue jersey features “CLINTON” sewn across the back shoulders in red-on-white tackle twill. The number “45” is sewn below it in red-on-white tackle twill. An MLB logo is on the outside back collar. The right arm has a sewn on National League patch. “POTUS” is stitched to the tail of the jersey in red-on-white tackle twill. The jersey is displayed above three pictures of Mrs. Clinton, including one of her wearing a Chicago Cubs cap, and her “H” logo. This item comes with a JSA LOA (Y61897).
