Jackie Robinson 70th anniversary auction to benefit JRF ending April 29
Jackie Robinson is one of the most well-regarded and admired athletes in baseball history, and as such his items are always in demand. Since his passing back in 1972, his highly-desirable signatures are less plentiful than other contemporary players, especially signatures on Official American League baseball's like the one presented here. This toned Official American League Joseph E. Cronin baseball has been signed by Robinson at the top of his usual side panel in light blue pen. Robinson also inscribed “Best Wishes” above his name. The stampings on this toned baseball are very light and there are stains present, none of which detract from the signature and inscription of baseball’s true dignitary and trail blazer. This Jackie Robinson signed and inscribed baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA.
