Floyd Joy Mayweather Jr. is statistically the best pound for pound boxer within the last 25 years. With a natural speed, uncanny ring-sense, and spatial awareness Mayweather was a natural boxer. Using his “old school” defensive boxing techniques particularly his shoulder roll guard he became an incredible pound for pound contender and champion.

Offered in this lot is a green leather WBC World Championship belt autographed by Floyd “Money” Mayweather. The belt features two small pictures of on either side of the gold metal WBC logo of four former champions including: Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Mike Tyson, and Joe Frazier in that order from left to right. The gold-colored metal WBC logo has the words “World Champion” in green, and numerous flags of countries from around the world. In the center of the WBC logo is a boxer with his right glove raised high standing between the halves of the world and ribbon of national flags around him. On the portion with the gold belt buckle is Mayweather’s autograph written in silver marker. The belt buckle has a WBC engraving and is made to fit through the five notches gold notches on the opposite side. This piece was signed by a name that will not be forgotten in boxing and has been signed by a true legend of the sport.
