In the first round of this 1965 title fight Ali floored Liston with a punch so fast Ali himself did not know if it landed. This bout cemented Ali’s reputation as America’s preeminent heavyweight pugilist. Presented is this 16 x 20 color photograph of this iconic image with Muhammad Ali signing his name in bold black marker across the bright white shorts he wore for this fight.
