Hall of Fame pitcher Rube Marquard and two-time World Series champion infielder Mark Koenig have signed this album cut. Marquard, playing mainly for the New York Giants and Brooklyn Robins, won 201 games over his 18 year career. The lanky hurler, who debuted in 1908, was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971. He signed this album page in gray pencil.
Koenig was a do-it-all infielder who spent several seasons as a member of the “Murderers Row” Yankee teams. A Yankee from 1925 through 1930, Koenig played 12 total seasons in the Major Leagues. He signed the reverse side of this album page in black pen. This item has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (83971141).
