Clinton, a senator from the State of New York and the former First Lady of the United States and Secretary of State, has signed the cover page of this hard cover book in blue fine-tipped marker. Kaine, a senator from Virginia, has signed the same page in marker. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z08248).
