Miguel Cabrera won his fourth American League Batting Crown in 2015 with a nice .338 average. His .440 on base percentage also led the AL and was the fourth time he led in that category.  Cabrera used this Original Maple Co. SAM bat model MC1 bat during the April 22^nd, 2015 game against the New York Yankees at Comerica Park. Cabrera went 1-for-3 with an RBI, grounded into a fielder’s choice in the bottom of the 7^th inning with this bat.

This bat cracked on the upper handle and displays outstanding use. Several ball marks with stitch impressions can be seen along with cleat imprints and blue ink transfers. A moderate coat of pine tar is on the handle and the bat's length, weight, date of manufacture, model and order number have been written on the barrel end in black ink. Cabrera's number "24" has been hand written in black marker on both ends. Cabrera signed his name in gold marker on the barrel and inscribed “4^th AL Batting Title”. This bat comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ542340) which dates this bat to the 7^th inning ground out on April 22^nd and a STICKER ONLY from JSA (WP092904) for his signature.
