Presented here is an on-site fight poster from the second Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier fight. This bout took place at Madison Square Garden on January 28th, 1974. This match went 12 bruising rounds, with Ali avenging his loss in the first fight in a unanimous decision. Ali used an innovative strategy of interspersed clinching and quick flurries to confuse and harass the notoriously powerful Frazier. This poster is yellow, with images of Frazier and Ali printed on either side of the billing. This item measures approximately 22 x 30 inches, and shows light wear. A truly fantastic relic from one of boxing’s greatest rivalries.
