Kris Bryant owned baseball in 2016, earning his second career All-Star bid, improving on his 2015 Rookie of the Year campaign to win the National League MVP award nearly unanimously, and delivering the Cubs faithful their first World Series title since the early 1900’s. On June 27th, 2016, Bryant delivered one of the most impressive offensive performances in baseball history, going a perfect five-for-five with three homers and two doubles in an 11-8 victory over the Cincinnati Reds at Great American Ballpark. Bryant knocked in six runs, scoring four times himself, for a performance totally unprecedented in MLB history. This 16 x 20 inch photograph shows Bryant launching a ball during that game. He has signed it in bright blue marker, inscribing “6-27-16 / 1st in History / 5-5 3 HR 2 2B / 6 RBI 4 R / 16 TB” below his signature. This photograph is matted in a 31 x 31 inch frame. It is a limited edition nine of 17, and comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 988722) and a Fanatics Authenticated hologram (ZZ0025525).
