Boston Red Sox right fielder Mookie Betts had a breakout 2016 season as he was a key contributor to the Red Sox’s first place finish in the American League East. Betts finished the season with 31 home runs and 113 RBI, while hitting a robust .318 and finishing second in the MVP voting. Betts had himself quite a game on August 16^th in Baltimore, where he drove in all five runs, including a go-ahead two-run home run in the top of the eighth inning as the Red Sox defeated the Orioles 5-3 at Camden Yards.
