Sandy Koufax was the best pitcher in baseball during the early 1960s, winning three Cy Young Awards, a National League MVP Award, and two World Series MVP Awards while pitching for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers. In 1965, Koufax set a new record by striking out 382 batters in a single season, a number that has only been eclipsed once in the modern era of baseball, by Nolan Ryan in 1973. Koufax, a first-ballot Hall of Famer, has signed this 8 x 9 inch photograph in blue marker. This item, which comes in a 15 x 17 inch frame, is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA (G28712).
