The 1983 Baltimore Orioles dominated the American League Eastern Division with a 98-64 record and then knocked off the 99-win Chicago White Sox in four games of the best-of-five series in the ALCS and defeated the Philadelphia Phillies in five games to win the World Series title, the franchise’s first title since 1970 and the only World Series title in the Hall of Fame career of Cal Ripken, Jr.

10 members of that squad have signed this Official Ball 1983 World Series Bowie Kuhn baseball. All of the signatures have been signed in black ballpoint pen. Signatures include Hall of Famers Cal Rikpen, Jr. and Jim Palmer. The remaining signatures include Cal Rikpen, Sr., Storm Davis, Al Bumbry, Ken Singleton, Scott McGregor, Benny Ayala, Lenn Sakata and one unidentified player. The signatures are solid and the ball only displays minor toning. The stampings are still bold and crisp and this ball comes with a LOA from JSA (Z02935).
