Defensive back Bob Bowers was issued this road white Tennessee Volunteers jersey during his sophomore and junior seasons of 1973 and 1974. This off-white jersey has Bowers’ number “15” screen-printed on the front, back and sleeves in orange and black tackle twill. The shoulders and are orange and cover the upper chest and upper back, while the sleeves are capped with an orange ribbed material end. “BOWERS” is screen-printed in white on the upper back’s orange plate. This size XL pullover jersey is made of a tear-away fabric and a small wash tag is on the inside back collar. This jersey shows moderate use and has staining on the tail. The jersey displays toning due to its age and the numbers on the sleeve are peeling, but still intact. This jersey comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
