Many former National Football League players take the time to participate in charitable - and fun – alumni events. One such traditional event, that still takes place today, is the annual NFL Alumni’s Super Bowl of Golf. Dozens are gridiron greats such as Jim Brown, Jim Taylor and Anthony Munoz tee it up and let it fly in these popular fundraisers. Up for auction here is a unique item – a 1988 NFL Alumni Super Bowl of Golf ring, with the victory from the Dallas Chapter. The face of this 14K gold ring features a football design, in which is displayed “SUPER BOWL OF GOLF”. Additional relief lettering reads “NFL ALUMNI NATIONAL CHAMPIONS” around the perimeter, which includes star designs. The shanks boast the year “1988”.  This ring weighs approximately 33.5 grams with the size being an approximate 10 and comes with owner's original purchase LOA.
