Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger wore this uniform ensemble during the Steelers 51-34 dismantling of the Indianapolis Colts on October 26th, 2014. “Big Ben” set Steelers records with 522 passing yards, as well as six touchdown passes, as he continued to pad his Hall of Fame resume. Roethlisberger completed 40 passes in 49 attempts for the rampant Steelers, who wore their 1934 “Bumblebee” throwback uniforms for the home contest at Heinz Field. This win was Roethlisberger’s 100th career victory, and it only took the big Ohioan 150 starts to achieve this milestone. In the very next game, against the Baltimore Ravens, Roethlisberger again threw for six touchdowns, becoming the only quarterback in NFL history to throw 12 touchdown passes in a two-game span. 2014 was a career year for the two-time Super Bowl champ, as he set a new career high in passing yards (4,952) and tied his career-best mark with 32 touchdown passes.

The first item in this lot is Roethlisberger’s pair of size 14 Nike Super Bad Pro cleats. The spikes are metallic black with a yellow toe that features a pattern with the logos of Pittsburgh’s three major sports teams. A black Nike swoosh logo is located on the toe of each shoe. “NIKE” is printed across the heels in yellow, and a yellow Nike swoosh is applied to each tongue. The sole of each shoe is metallic yellow and orange with a white Nike swoosh and 13 rubber cleats. Roethlisberger has signed the right shoe in silver marker, inscribing “100/150 Wins” next to his signature. He has signed the left shoe as well, writing “40-49 / 522 yds / 6 TDs” next to his signature.

Also included are Roethlisberger’s throwback khaki-colored pants from the October 26th game. A size “34” flag is sewn on the back inside waistband of the pants, along with a “SHORT” flag. The sides of the pants are made of a khaki mesh, and a vinyl NFL logo is sewn on the right leg. The left leg has a black Nike swoosh patch, and Roethlisberger has penned his black marker signature directly beneath the Nike swoosh. The next two items are Roethlisberger’s black and yellow striped socks that he wore during his record-setting performance. Roethlisberger has signed each sock in black marker. Also included is Roethlisberger’s black wristband that held his plays during the game. Big Ben has signed this black wristband in silver marker. The next item is Roethlisberger’s Wilson towel, which is emblazoned with two NFL logos. He has signed this towel in black marker. A Nike glove for Roethlisberger’s left, non-throwing hand is included. Roethlisberger has signed the palm of this black and gray glove in black marker. Finally, Roethlisberger’s black, yellow, and white New Era sideline cap is included in this lot. Roethlisberger has signed the brim of this cap in silver marker. This entire lot comes with a LOA from Ben Roethlisberger.
