Hall of Fame catcher Yogi Berra wore these New York Mets pinstriped home pants in 1972. Berra, taking over as manager from the recently deceased Gil Hodges, was the manager of the Mets from 1972 to 1975. A “36 21 72 8” swatch is sewn on the back inside waistband. Several additional names are written on the waistband in black marker, including “Antonelli” twice, “Schiraldi”, and “Jones”. These pants come with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
