Offered here is a collection of items used by former New York Mets closer John Franco. The first item is a black road alternate worn by Franco during the postseason and Game 1 of the 2000 World Series. Franco pitched a scoreless inning in Game 1, an eventual 4-3 Mets loss to the Yankees in 12 innings. This size “46” jersey shows light wear and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema. The next item is a black Mets cap worn by Franco circa 2001-02. Franco has signed the brim in silver marker. This hat comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (E84955) and a LOA from Dave Miedema. The next item is a lightweight black jacket worn by Franco in 1998. This jacket comes with a LOA from Dave Miedema. Finally, a pair of Franco’s black Nike size 10 cleats are included. Franco wore these cleats in 1998. A hard plastic shell has been added to the toe of the left shoe. These cleats come with a LOA from MEARS.
