Offered here are two gloves used by New York Mets relief pitcher Jack DiLauro, a member of the 1969 “Miracle Mets”. 1969 was DiLauro’s only season with the young franchise. The first glove, a Rawlings XPGP-1 model, was used in 1969. DiLauro has signed this glove in black marker. It comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA for the use and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature. The second glove, also manufactured by Rawlings, was used in 1969 as well. DiLauro has signed this glove in black marker, inscribing “69 NY Met W.S.C.” beneath his signature. “Tricky D” is written on this glove twice in black pen. This glove comes with individual LOAs from PSA/DNA (1G00472 & 1G00473) for the game use, along with a Letter of Provenance from Jack DiLauro.
