In his last four seasons with the New York Yankees, first baseman Chris Chambliss averaged 18 home runs, 64 RBI and a .283 batting average as he was a key contributor to the Yankees three consecutive World Series appearance where they won back-to-back titles in 1977 and 1978. Chambliss used this Adirondack 317B model bat during the 1976 through 1979 seasons. This bat displays excellent use and has a crack on the handle. There are ball marks and stitch impressions on the barrel and a light coating of pine tar on the handle. Chambliss’ number “10” is hand written in black marker on the knob and top barrel and the model number “317B” is stamped on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B00209) for the game use.
