Boston Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts used this Tucci Lumber TL-XB2-M model bat during the 2017 season. This bat was last used by Bogaerts during the Red Sox 6-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on July 21st game at Angels Stadium of Anaheim. Bogaerts finished the game with a hit and an RBI in the Red Sox victory. This bat displays outstanding use with numerous ball marks and blue ink transfers, and has a crack in the handle, which was broken during his at-bat in the top of the eighth inning. The handle has a light blue LizardSkins wrap to enhance the grip. Bogaerts’ number “2” is affixed to the knob with a gold sticker and black print. This bat comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JC078965) for the game use, authenticating this bat to the July 21st game.
