Oakland Athletics ace Sonny Gray wore this green A’s home alternate jersey on July 14th, 2017 against the Cleveland Indians. Gray, in his third-to-last A’s start before being dealt to the Yankees, pitched six shutout innings against the Indians, striking out five and allowing only two hits as the A’s won 5-0. This green, button down jersey has “A’s” sewn on the left chest in white and yellow tackle twill and an elephant logo patch sewn on the left sleeve. “GRAY” and his number “54” are sewn on the back of the jersey in white and yellow tackle twill. This size “44” jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JC 353557) and a LOA from MEARS, who have graded the jersey a perfect A10.
