Boston Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts, a two-time Silver Slugger Award winner, used this bat during his 2017 campaign. This offered Tucci TL-XB2-M model bat is un-cracked and displays outstanding use. The barrel has ball marks and stitch impressions along with cleat imprints. The lower handle has a spiral multi-color Lizard Skins applied to enhance the grip and a heavy coat of Mota Stick is found on the upper handle. Bogaerts signed his name in black marker on the barrel and inscribed “2017 GU”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15430) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9. There is also a LOA from Anderson Authentics (3036) who have authenticated the signature. Please note that Bogaerts signed his name over a streak on the barrel, thus slightly affecting his signature.
