Offered here is a pair of signed New York Yankees Uniform Player’s Contracts for the 1931 MLB season.  The first contract is for Ben Chapman, the longtime outfielder and third baseman for the Yankees. He has signed this contract twice in black pen. Ernest Barnard has also signed this contract in black pen. This contract comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AE05602). The second 1931 contract has been signed by Fred “Dixie” Walker in black pen. Barnard has also signed this contract in black pen. The secretarial signature of Jacob Ruppert also appears on each contract. The Walker contract comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AE05603).
