Unknown to many, an old grudge that was upheld for decades made the two Yankee legends despise each other. However, this particular photograph was taken early in their relationship, as DiMaggio played his last year with the Yankees in 1951, Mantle's rookie year. Signed by both DiMaggio & Mantle in blue felt-tip marker. The reverse of the photograph also contains photos of several other legendary Yankees, and has been signed by Willie Mays, Yogi Berra, & Allie Reynolds in blue felt-tip marker.
