Offered here is an Official 97 League baseball dating to the 1940’s that has been signed Hall of Famers Mel Ott and Frank Frisch. On the sweet spot is an inscription that reads “To/Danny From Daddy” with Frisch’s signature in bold black ink on the adjacent panel to the right and Ott’s signature in bold black ink on the panel directly below. Beneath Ott’s signature is the autograph of “Dutch” Leonard, also in black ink and on the panel to the left of the inscription is the black ink signature of Bucky Walters. The final signature is on the panel north of the sweet spot inscription from Roy Stockton, who inscribed “St. Louis Post Dispatch. The ball is in good condition, displaying toning and weathering due to age. The stampings are light, but still readable and there’s a small section where the red laces are loose, but still intact. This multi-signed baseball comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (K47749).
