With eight straight NBA Finals appearances, LeBron James has put himself in rarified air. Only Bill Russell, Sam Jones and Tom Heinsohn of the great 1960’s Boston Celtics teams have been to more finals in a row. As LeBron embarks on his new career with the Los Angeles Lakers, he began his NBA Finals run in his first stint with the Miami Heat after controversially leaving his home town Cleveland Cavaliers starting with the 2010-11 season. James took the Heat to four straight finals before returning to Cleveland in 2014, where he led the Cavaliers to four straight appearances and the 2016 title.
This navy Cavaliers game jersey features “CLEVELAND” sewn on across the chest in white and gold tackle twill, “JAMES” across the back and his number “23” on both sides, all in the same white with gold trimmed tackle twill. The NBA Finals patch is sewn on the upper right shoulder and the front tail of the jersey features an “Adidas” manufacturer’s tag with attached tags that read “52,” “2006-2007” and “+4 LENGTH,” indicating the jersey’s size, year and size modifications. The jersey has been signed by James in silver marker on the front below his number and inscribed “23”. This jersey comes with a HOLOGRAM ONLY from Upper Deck Authenticated (SHO32189).
