Presented here is a scorecard signed by “Iron” Mike Tyson, “Irish” Kevin Rooney, and Jim Jacobs. Rooney trained the legendary heavyweight Tyson, until a bust-up with Don King in 1988 sent Rooney packing despite Tyson’s record of 35-0 under the tutelage of the former pro. Tyson has signed this scorecard in black pen, with Rooney signing the scorecard in blue marker. He inscribed “To Bill / Best Wishes / 1/20/86”, dating this signature to the early part of Tyson’s career, between his 16th win over David Jaco on January 11th, 1980, and his 17th win over Mike Jameson on January 24th, 1986. Additionally, Jim Jacobs has signed this scorecard in blue marker, inscribing “To Bill, Warmest Regards” in addition to his signature. This scorecard comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AC09878).
