Offered here is an extremely rare trio signed baseball featuring the signatures of Hall of Famer Joe McCarthy, along with Boston players Duffy Lewis and Freddie Maguire. McCarthy, who compiled a managerial record of 2,125 wins and 1,333 losses with the Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox, signed his name in black ink on the panel to the left of the “National League” sweet spot stamp. Maguire’s signature has been signed in black ink across the sweet spot with Lewis’ signature, also in black ink signed vertically to the left of Maguire’s autograph. This ball is in good condition, with the red and blue stitching still intact. The ball displays light toning and the stampings are still clear. This baseball comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A83623).
