Already tabbed to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft right out of high school, LeBron James put his full talents on display during the 2003 McDonald’s All-American Boys Game held on March 26, 2003 and Gund Arena in Cleveland. James led the East squad to a 122-107 victory and was named the game’s MVP with his game-high 27 points.

James was issued this McDonald’s All-American uniform (jersey and shorts) for the game. This uniform is all-white and was the uniform worn by the East All-Stars. This size 52 (+4 LENGTH) Reebok jersey features “McDonald’s 32 ALL AMERICAN” sewn on the front in yellow and blue tackle twill. Jordan wore “32” during the game as his customary number 23 was retired in honor of Michael Jordan. The sides of the jersey have a thick red stripe, outlined in yellow and the open arms and neck have a red and white border. The McDonald’s logo is embroidered in yellow at the base of the neck on the red background. The back of the jersey has “JAMES” sewn on in red tackle twill and “32” sewn on in yellow and blue tackle twill. Above his name there is an American flag patch. The Reebok patch with the “+4 LENGTH” flag is sewn on the lower front tail.

The matching shorts have a size 44 waist and have an expandable waist line with red and white borders. The sides of the shorts have a thick red stripe, outlined in yellow two yellow and two white stars sewn on in tackle twill. The Reebok log patch is embroidered on the upper left thigh and the McDonald’s “M” logo is sewn on in yellow and blue tackle twill on the lower left thigh. The Reebok patch is sewn on the inside back waist band with a “44” flag and “+3 INSEAM” and “+2 RISE” flags. This uniform set is a great LeBron James collectible.
