Presented is a 25-card complete set of N130 "Stars of the Stage - Second Series" non-sports cards issued by Duke in 1891. This was the second of four well-made, beautifully illustrated, printed, editions that Duke sponsored depicting unnamed actresses and/or entertainers of the era. These 2-1/2" x 4-3/16" large-sized cards are clearly designated "Second Series" on each one-color reverse and usually found in less-than-presentable condition. Mostly VG to EX (few lesser).
