Cincinnati Reds speedster Billy Hamilton wore these customized size 10 Adidas Adizero Afterburner cleats on May 4th and 6th, 2016. On May 4th, the Reds beat the Giants 7-4, with Hamilton entering the game as a defensive replacement in the top of the ninth inning. On May 6th, Hamilton finished hitless in a comfortable 5-1 victory over the visiting Milwaukee Brewers. Hamilton finished the 2016 season with a .260 batting average, three homers, and 17 RBI. He recorded 58 stolen bases, a career-best until he swiped 59 bags in 2017.

These adidas cleats are red and black, with three white Adidas stripes applied to the outside of each toe and inside of each instep. Hamilton’s number “6” is printed on the back and on the sole of each shoe. “Speed Kills” is printed on each inside heel, while “B-Ham” is printed on the outside of each heel. The soles are red, with seven metal spikes in each shoe. An Adidas logo is printed on each tongue. Hamilton has signed the toe of each cleat in silver marker.
