Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, known then as Lew Alcindor, was presented with this National Association of College Basketball Coaches First Team All-America plaque for his play in the 1969 NCAA Basketball season with the UCLA Bruins. Abdul-Jabbar averaged 26.4 points and 15.5 rebounds per game during his three seasons in college while winning three straight NCAA titles. This plaque measures 20.5 x 14.5 inches and features the names of the First, Second, and Third Team All-America honorees, including legendary players such as Pete Maravich, Spencer Haywood, Calvin Murphy, Jo Jo White, Bob Lanier, Dan Issel, and more. This item derives directly from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a personally hand-signed LOA from Kareem will accompany this item.
