This award measures 9 x 4.5 inches and was produced by Tiffany & Co. Printed on the front of the award is “Roy Firestone Award 2017”, “Making Youth Sports Possible”, and “To Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in recognition of your accomplishments in sports and everlasting service to Los Angeles communities”. A Westcoast Sports Associates logo is also printed on this award. It is accompanied by a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
