Presented here is a Sports Illustrated magazine from June 22nd, 1987 signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The Lakers Hall of Famer graces the cover, slamming a basketball into the hoop in his yellow Lakers home jersey. There is no title on the page, just the Sports Illustrated wordmark and the back of Abdul-Jabbar’s jersey. Abdul-Jabbar and the Lakers clinched the 1987 NBA title on June 12th, with a win over the hated Boston Celtics. Kareem has signed the cover of this magazine in silver marker. This item comes with a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
