Abdul-Jabbar, 36 years old during the 1983-84 season, remained an imposing figure in the painted area, recording 1.8 blocks per game as the Lakers advanced to the NBA Finals. This offered certificate is printed with “NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION” and the NBA logo, as well as “The National Basketball Association Honors Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Los Angeles Lakers 1983-84 NBA All-Defensive Team Second Team”. NBA commissioner David Stern has signed this certificate in black fine-tip marker. This certificate comes with a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
