Hall of Fame leftfielder Rickey Henderson was swinging this bat for the San Diego Padres in 2001, his only year in San Diego. Still fast at the age of 42, Henderson stole 25 bases for the Padres while scoring 70 runs and drawing 81 walks. Rickey’s Original Maple Bat KB1 model bat shows tremendous use and is un-cracked. There are many ball marks and scuffs visible on the barrel. The handle has a heavy coat of pine tar as well as a spiral of athletic tape to enhance the grip. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in silver pen and inscribing his stat line as of 2001. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13675) and has been graded a perfect GU 10 for the game use and an LOA from PSA/DNA for the signature.
