Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr burst onto the Major League scene in 1989 with the Seattle Mariners. The sweet-swinging lefty ignited the Mariners’ franchise with his power, speed and glove work in center field. From 1991 through 1997, Junior averaged 37 home runs, 104 RBI and maintained a solid .304 batting average, culminating with him winning the American League MVP in 1997. Used by Griffey during his prime years with the Seattle Mariners, this 1991-1997 Louisville Slugger C271 model bat shows good use with several ball marks and cleat imprints on the barrel. The handle has been taped in a crisscross pattern to enhance the grip and Junior has signed the barrel in contrasting silver marker, completing this Hall of Famer-worth gamer. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13713) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8.5. There is a LOA from PSA/DNA for signature.
