New York Yankees first baseman Greg Bird wore this white Yankees home jersey during Game's 3 and 4 of the 2017 American League Division Series against the Cleveland Indians at Yankee Stadium. Bird, who missed the majority of the regular season due to injury, provided the only run of Game 3 with his 7th inning home run off Indians pitcher Andrew Miller in the Yankees 1-0 victory, staving off elimination. Bird went 1-4 with a walk in Game 4, a 7-3 Yankees victory against the heavily favored Indians. Bird finished this series, which went the distance to five games, with two homers and three RBI. In the ALDS, the Yankees would take the eventual World Series champion Houston Astros to a Game 7, shocking many who thought the Yankees were too young and unpolished to make a lengthy playoff run in 2017.

This pinstriped, button-down home jersey has the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo sewn on the left chest in navy tackle twill. Bird’s number “33” is sewn on the back of the jersey in navy tackle twill. A black memorial armband for former player and GM Gene “Stick” Michael is sewn on the left sleeve, while a 2017 Postseason patch is sewn on the right sleeve. This jersey shows excellent wear, including patches of pine tar staining on the left shoulder and underneath the right armpit. A Majestic size “48” tag is applied to the front left tail of the jersey. This jersey comes with a LOA from Yankees-Steiner Collectibles (272175) and a MLB Authenticated hologram (JD 465290). This jersey has also been photo matched by Resolution Photomatching to Game 3 of the 2017 ALDS.
