Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre wore this green Green Bay Packers home jersey during the 2002 NFL season. The three-time MVP started all 16 games for Green Bay in 2002, leading the Packers to a 12-4 record and the NFC North title under head coach Mike Sherman. Favre, a Pro Bowler in 2002, threw for 3,658 yards and 27 touchdowns, with his 27 scores good for the second highest mark in the league. Favre finished his career after the 2010 NFL season, having thrown for over 71,000 yards and 500 touchdowns. In 2016, the former Southern Miss star was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
This green Packers home jersey has Favre’s now-retired number “4” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white tackle twill. “FAVRE” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill over a matching green nameplate. The sleeves are accented with yellow-white-yellow screen-printed stripes, and a white Reebok logo is sewn on each sleeve. An “02-52” tag is sewn on the back inside collar of this jersey. A NFL logo is sewn on the yellow, white, and green collar. Favre has signed the “4” digit on the back of the jersey in black marker, inscribing “2002 Season / Game Used” in addition to his signature. This jersey comes with a LOA from Brett Favre for the game use and a LOA from PSA/DNA (V05729) for Favre’s signature.
